1.The physical and mechanical propertises and metallographical struchure of mould blanks as per relevant standards 2.The cross-section of drawing dies of YS series should be withour defects such as lamination, crack,compact,pore,dirty,blackness,decarbonization and over-carbonization.

3.The surface of drawing dies of YS series should bi withour secalling,lamination,crack,uncompacted,pore,orver-carbonization,the working area should be without mark,adhesion,concavity and flakon of edge/corner,the flakin of edge/corner on the unworking location should be not larger than 1.0mm×0.5mm,the depth should be not larger than 0.5mm;the flakin of edge/conrner on the unworking location of hot-press drawing dies should be not larger than 3mm×2mm,the depth should be not larger than1.5mm,and without chamfer.
