Mbok Investments Company Limited (MINVESTCO) is a Namibian Registered Corporation affiliate of Cape Town, South Africa based AntoineMbok Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. MINVESTCO is a diversified service company involved in marketing and distribution, Import & Export, transport, telecommunications, Information Technology Communication, Financial services, entertainment, Hospitality, tourism and property development.
Launch in Silver Spring, Maryland USA in 1994, Mbok Investments Company Ltd incorporated its first Namibian operation in 2003 called Genie Marketing Concepts Namibia cc Reg. cc2003/2076, a marketing and manufacturer representative consultancy company whose major contracts included NAMPOST’s Get your own PO Box Campaign, Day Uan Sellotape Factory, WIN Cigarettes distribution, Rainbow Brand of Soap products, Marketing services on behalf of Typoprint and many more. Success led to the incorporation of other companies such as Mfinance Ltd a personal finance management advisory service whose wealth building and preservation workshops attracted Regional Governments and Parastatals whose entire staff was trained by Mfinance on personal finance management with emphasis on household budgeting, debt management and financial planning. Since its incorporation MINVESTCO has created and launched over 15 businesses (most of them sold but others still under its control). Minvestco’s long term plans include listing in the JSE through its South African based parent company AntoineMbok Investments Holdings (pty) Ltd. Our company is working on building strong brands and offers unparalleled innovative products and services. Minvestco builds businesses and sells them and is establishing itself as a serious actor in corporate Namibia with over 50 projects in the pipeline; extensive feasibility studies, marketing research and financial viability studies are being done for these projects.
