Please find herein attached buyer's procedures which our buyer would want to work with any legitimate seller of BLCO as buyer will request first three SPOT CIF ROTTERDAM before going into a long term contract with any legitimate seller. Our buyer's payment instrument is IDLC, this the seller needs to issue first his 2% PB from a top 25 banks in the world before the buyer released his instrument as the performance bond stands as a shorty to the buyer's instrument.
